Delirium Tremens Barrel Keg 5 L

Delirium Tremens is a celebrated Belgian craft beer, brewed by combining three different types of yeast to give it a unique and characteristic flavour. On the palate it isa warm and spicy beer with light fruity notes. This Belgian lager has won numerous awards, including the gold medal at the International Beer Challenge in London in 2015 and 2016 and the gold medal at the World Beer Awards 2021. Version in 5-litre keg format.

Delirium beers originated in 1902, when Leon Huyghe started working in a brewery in Melle called Brouwerij-Mouterij den Appel. Huyghe acquired the brewery in 1906 and in 1938 changed its name to Brouwerij Huyghe. In 1998 the iconic Delirium Tremens beer was launched on the market, and soon became a great success. Brouwerij Huyghe brews other beers like Mongozo, Floris, La Guillotine and Averbode, among others.

Slightly cloudy appearance, golden colour and dense, persistent head. Fruity aroma with notes of malt and spices. On the palate, this craft beer has a warm, bitter start that gradually mellows thanks to its fruity and balsamic nuances. Alcohol content: 8.5 degrees alcohol.
