DESCRIPTION
FIRST PRIZE FOR THE BEST CHORIZO IN THE WORLD!
The Chorizo Cular de Bellota is obtained from Iberian pigs reared on livestock farms in Ledesma and Arribes del Duero.
This Chorizo Cular de Bellota is the result of careful breeding of Iberian pigs with a 100% natural feed, mainly wild herbs and acorns, which gives it its unique flavour and delicate texture.
The smell and flavour of Iberian chorizo and sausages from Puente Robles are so characteristic and unique thanks to their curing in the pure air and shade provided by the Arribes del Duero.
Made from the meat and fat of acorn-fed Iberian pigs, minced and seasoned with salt and other natural spices, seasonings and authorised additives, kneaded and stuffed into natural casings (cular), which have undergone a maturation-drying process that ensures good stability, as well as an excellent smell and taste.
