Gulden Draak
Belgian Strong Dark Ale style beer brewed with water, malt, several unique yeasts and traditional noble hops. Wine yeast is added during secondary fermentation. This gives it a unique character and flavour. It is an evolutionary profile beer with a dark colour and a dense, creamy head. It has a complex aroma of malt, yeast, coffee, chocolate and nuts. The palate is sweet with a caramel flavour and a powerful finish. Alcohol content: 10.5 proof.
Gulden Draak 9000
Quadrupel-style amber beer brewed with wine yeast and four varieties of malt that give it its characteristic colour and aroma. The red and black bottle design pays homage to the city of Ghent, as these are its colours. It has an amber colour with a creamy caramel-coloured head, a fruity aroma with notes of malt, banana and caramel. The taste is sweet and warm roasted malt. Bitter and dry finish. Alcohol content: 10.5 proof.
