Our Coupage edition olive oil has been selected to achieve the best nuances of our 3 most outstanding varieties: Arbequina, Arbosana and Picual. In the mouth it stands out for its fruity, bitter and spicy flavours, of medium-high intensity. As for its aroma, it is quite fruity.
TASTING NOTES
Oil with an aroma of fresh grass and white fruit, with a balanced profile, it has a high fruity intensity, the fruity aromas such as green apple, grass and even aromatic herbs stand out as soon as we approach the oil.
On the palate it has a very pleasant entry confirming what we tasted on the nose, grass, apple, with a pleasant bitterness and spiciness.
