Our Reserva Ham is obtained from pigs fed with natural feed that have been acquired from small farms in Zamora and Arribes del Duero.

They are cured for 24 months in the shade of the Arribes del Duero with only 3 months of drying and the rest of the curing process in a totally natural way in our facilities.

Pork ham, preservatives E-250, 252 and salt.

CONSERVATION AND SHELF LIFE:

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The shelf life of the quality of our products is approx. 6 months in accordance with the storage instructions. In very humid areas it is reduced to 30 days.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Remove the netting in which it is wrapped and place it on a ham table or hang it up.

Keep the first cut to serve as a lid to prevent it from drying out.
