Iberian ham is an excellent product with magnificent health benefits.
The fat in this ham contains a high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids in oleic acid and is recognised as one of the products with the highest protein levels, which is why we recommend this ham, because its fat contains a higher quality of unsaturated fat.
Our Iberian hams are characterised by their low salt content, the fact that the pigs are fed on acorns, herbs and cereals, are reared in the wild, have just the right amount of fat, and have an extraordinary aroma and flavour. Over the years we have acquired experience which, together with the selected and unique breed, determines the exceptional quality of our hams. All this, plus our careful attention to our customers, makes our products the right choice, worthy of the most demanding and capricious palates.
