Our Torta del Casar, Pastoralia, is a natural 100% cheese, made using traditional methods with raw sheep's milk from controlled herds, vegetable rennet and salt.<\/p>\n

The result is a cheese with a light, semi-hard rind and a creamy texture. It has lactic and vegetable aromas and an intense taste, which is melting on the palate, slightly salty and slightly bitter (due to the vegetable rennet).<\/p>\n
