It has lactic and vegetable aromas and an intense taste, which is melting on the palate, slightly salty and slightly bitter (due to the vegetable rennet).<\/p>\n<h2>Suggestions for consumption<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Taste it with a spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Spread on small pieces of toast.<\/li>\n<li>Combine it with sweet ingredients, such as honey or jam, or even with dried fruit, such as figs, or fresh fruit, such as blueberries.
